About the Role

The Administrative Officer position provides high-quality, accurate and efficient administrative, customer service and operational support to the division and senior management. You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day business operations, financial and procurement processes, workplace resources and positive stakeholder experiences.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support or customer service role.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and contemporary business systems including financial, procurement or record management systems.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise initiative and contribute effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Must be an Australian citizen, a New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident.

Salary/Compensations

  • $88,594 - $100,346 per annum plus superannuation
