Plan and schedule available resources and materials for maintenance activities, including preventative and corrective maintenance.
Develop detailed work scopes and setup forecasts for resource allocation to ensure maintenance activities align with manufacturing operations.
Oversee work order activity compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, DEA, and OSHA.
Improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, materials, tools, equipment, permits, documentation, and access.
Compile and maintain the master PM schedule to establish sequence and lead time for operations based on production forecasts or machine-specific needs.
Ensure accurate coordination between various maintenance groups and facility supervisors/managers.

Associate degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school preferred.
In lieu of degree, a Technical College diploma with 10+ years of experience is required.
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning.
Previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Food and Beverage, and Healthcare Industries with a thorough working knowledge of cGMPs.
Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and related systems/software; MAXIMO is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing.
Good working knowledge of facilities equipment and O&M requirements.
Strong understanding of proper OSHA safety practices and procedures.
Good organization skills.
Technical writing ability.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Knowledge of the purchase order system and requisition procedures.
Must be flexible and responsive to the needs of the business.
