About the Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Team Leader, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for running tools used by Supply Chain Leaders, generating reports for Government programs, and supporting inventory management for specific product categories.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of transactions for the pallet program and submit corrections for variances and action items, following up until completion.
- Coordinate physical inventories and cycle counts for the pallet program with all sites.
- Manage and control the annual inventory taking for the pallet program from all plants and 3PLs.
- Run reports and tools used to facilitate decision-making in Supply Chain.
- Support Sustainability reporting.
- Support Government reporting as required.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, collaborating with the IT team and other SC team members to automate decision-making tools.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Business, preferably with a focus on Supply Chain.
- 1-3 years of Supply chain experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Excel is a must.
- VBA Macros or any other language for statistical computing and data visualization would be a strength.
- Some ERP experience required.
