About the Role
Achieve territory sales objectives through effective communication of prescription product information and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Execute territory business plans, engage customers virtually and in-person, and support educational initiatives for neurology and migraine treatments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver approved product and brand messages to targeted healthcare professionals.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, both in person and virtually.
- Organize and coordinate speaker programs, symposia, virtual events, exhibits, and CME activities.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand objectives.
- Leverage customer insights and market knowledge to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and external business partners.
- Demonstrate company values and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
- Maintain all company property in good working condition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in Primary Care and/or Neurology is preferred.
- Experience organizing and supporting CME programs and educational events.
- Knowledge of the assigned territory is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.

- Strong product, therapeutic, and disease-state knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute territory business plans.
- Strong networking, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital engagement platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
