About the Role
Join NAPA at Olean General Hospital, a community-focused hospital where anesthesia professionals are valued, supported, and able to make a real impact both at the hospital and the outpatient surgery center.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)

- $600K per year
- $30K Chief Stipend per year
- Up to $100K Sign-on Incentive
