About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed directly inside enterprise clients as an AI transformation partner. You will work with their operations, marketing, and finance teams to identify critical business pain points and deliver solutions rapidly. This role functions as a hands-on startup CTO within a large organization, navigating ambiguity, building solutions, and owning outcomes with the support of Venn's platform and resources.
Responsibilities
- Embed with the client to understand their organization, stakeholders, tech stack, and business model to identify high-value problems.
- Build and ship solutions end-to-end on top of Venn's platform and the client's centralized data.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Own the outcome of deployed solutions and contribute learnings to the product team for broader scaling.
Requirements
- Experience scoping and building products from inception in ambiguous environments.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models, understanding model behavior's impact on product experience.
- Ability to simplify complexity and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Clear communication skills with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to identify risks early and adapt without compromising speed.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site client work.
