About the Role
Health Link Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Director of Finance to manage the company's financial performance across all three branches. This role involves designing and implementing reporting, controls, and forecasting systems, directing the accounting function, and owning financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Branch-level P&L and margin reporting
- Financial controls, approval workflows, and cost-tracking systems
- Managing AP/AR, payroll processing, reconciliations, and close
- Overseeing cash flow, banking and lender relationships, and vendor, insurance, and contract review
- Managing revenue cycle performance alongside billing and clinical leadership
- Ensuring compliance of financial practices with Medicare, Medi-Cal, and state requirements
- Regular reporting of performance, forecasts, and recommendations to ownership
Requirements
- 5+ years in a senior finance role with direct P&L ownership and team management
- Demonstrated experience building financial systems, reporting, and controls
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP and multi-site or multi-entity close
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
