About the Role
Seeking a highly autonomous Founding AI Engineer for a seed-stage agentic AI company. This role focuses on improving the accuracy of multimodal AI agents that analyze blueprints for safety, buildability, and regulatory compliance in construction and architecture. The core workflow involves hypothesis generation, experimentation, implementation, evaluation, analysis, and iteration, with a primary focus on designing and running experiments.

- Able to generate hypotheses rather than simply implement assigned ideas
