About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop scalable computer systems for managing large volumes of information to meet business goals.
- Enhance backend scalability and performance through framework integration, API overhauls, and database optimization.
- Design and build tools for processing signals from various sources to improve accessibility for partner teams.
- Design and implement logging and data visualization systems for backend APIs.
- Diagnose and resolve software issues across production, automated testing, QA, and customer-reported incidents.
- Design and implement scalable automated testing suites to minimize manual Quality Assurance efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline software development and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Six (6) years of software development experience.
- Four (4) years of experience building software solutions in Java, C++, Python, or Ruby.
- Four (4) years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems.
- Four (4) years of experience translating business needs into software requirements and designs.
- Four (4) years of experience debugging production issues across services and multiple stack levels.
- Four (4) years of experience with distributed systems.
- Four (4) years of experience in the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance RESTful microservices.
