About the Role
Motion Laboratories is seeking an Assembler to build and assemble components and finished products using assembly drawings, work instructions, and various tools. This role involves wiring, fastening, soldering, and other assembly tasks, working collaboratively with team members to meet production goals while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Building and assembling components and finished products using assembly drawings, work instructions, hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Performing tasks such as wiring, fastening, mounting, soldering, crimping, cutting, gluing, sanding, and painting.
- Collaborating with coworkers and leadership to meet production requirements.
- Maintaining quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials as required.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and accountability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining ownership of assigned tasks.
