About the Role
Austin Country Club is seeking a full-time Banquet Houseman to provide quality customer service and cleaning duties for banquets. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to gain valuable hospitality skills within an exclusive country club environment.
Responsibilities
- Uphold the highest level of customer service with guests during banquet events.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with all aspects of banquet event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.
- Support food and beverage service.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the service floor.
- Perform cleaning duties for both back of house and front of house areas.
- Accomplish assigned tasks efficiently.
