Responsibilities

Translate product requirements into discrete, testable tasks.
Participate in code reviews.
Develop code and complete tasks with AI tools.
Critically evaluate all processes with fresh eyes.
Advocate for quality by identifying unclear or unsound code and tests.
Collaboratively build and improve shared tools and processes.
Investigate issues in Production systems or data.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience.
Professional experience with functional programming (Elixir, Erlang, Scala, F#, etc..) or modern statically typed languages (Rust, Go, Zig, etc..) developing web applications.
Experience with PostgreSQL profiling and optimization in production environments.
Comfortable working in a Full-Stack environment (CSS/JS, Backend Code, DevOps & Monitoring tasks).
Familiarity with self-directed Agentic Development.
Familiarity with A11Y standards and tooling.
Knowledge of Budgeting and Accounting terminology and principals.
