About the Role
As Spade's first Product Marketing Manager, you will own the positioning, launch, and sales strategy for our financial data and AI platform. You will shape the narrative, build sales enablement materials, and engage directly with customers, playing a key role in defining the product marketing function from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging for the Spade platform and its products.
- Manage product launches end-to-end, including messaging, assets, channel plans, and measurement.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, talk tracks, and collateral.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence analysis.
- Manage customer proof points, including case studies and reference stories.
- Conduct buyer research, analyze win/loss data, and inform segmentation and packaging strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on product marketing at Seed to Series C companies.
- Proven ability to set objectives, create plans, and execute them with founders and enterprise sellers.
- Hands-on experience building decks, writing content, running campaigns, and performing segmentation.
- Experience in Fintech or financial services, particularly with payments, banking, card, or transaction data.
- Experience building AI systems for product marketing tasks like competitive monitoring, buyer research, and enablement production.
- Experience developing positioning and messaging from scratch for technical products.
- Experience running enterprise, sales-led product launches and developing seller enablement.
- Exceptional writing skills with a focus on customer benefits.
- Based in NYC with at least 2 days/week in the Flatiron office.
