About the Role
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for keeping facilities operating smoothly and safely, combining hands-on technical work with preventive maintenance to ensure optimal building conditions and uninterrupted operations for clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client operations.
- Perform interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, and repairing office furniture.
- Assist the operations team with building and equipment maintenance.
- Move office furniture and equipment as needed.
- Replace lighting and ballasts.
- Maintain HVAC systems by cleaning coils and changing filters and belts.
- Complete hazard assessments.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Stay current with all required safety training.
- Submit daily P-card receipts.
- Update work order status in real-time using CMMS systems like 360 Facility.
- Perform vehicle safety inspections.
- Escalate issues to customers and management promptly.
- Attend required work and safety meetings.
Requirements
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Demonstrated ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong communication skills for reporting and escalation purposes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and protocols
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- 86,985.00 – 86,985.00 USD per year
