About the Role
Dream's Industrial Portfolio Management Team is seeking an Intern to support the team, learn, and grow, starting in January 2027. This is an 8-month position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial analysis and pro forma modeling for leasing, financing, and investment decisions.
- Provide portfolio- and property-level performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain asset-level cash flow models.
- Participate in data analytics projects.
- Participate in leasing meetings, track lease activity, and conduct market research.
- Assist with internal property valuations and liaise with third-party appraisers.
- Liaise with portfolio managers and investment teams to assist in segmenting tenants and assets.
- Take an active role in the development of annual budgets and corporate forecasts.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Focus on Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Skills
- Knowledge of Argus Enterprise software is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is a plus.
