About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Analytics Engineer skilled in both data engineering and data analysis. Your main goal will be to transform raw data from vehicles, APIs, and databases into clean, reliable datasets for company-wide use. You'll build the data pipelines and dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Build ETL pipelines to consolidate company data into the data warehouse.
- Work with unique datasets including vehicle sensor telemetry, logistics data, and internal system test results.
- Write efficient SQL queries to shape data for analysis.
- Create and manage Grafana dashboards for performance tracking and issue identification.
- Collaborate with other teams to understand and deliver their data needs.
- Experiment with internal AI and LLM-based tools for data analysis and insight automation.
Requirements
- Strong, practical experience with Python and its data libraries (e.g., Pandas, Polars).
- Expert-level SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
- Solid background in building and maintaining ETL pipelines using modern tools.
- Hands-on experience with a BI tool such as Grafana, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestrators like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect.
- Good high-level understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and interest in applying them to data problems.
- Strong sense of ownership and passion for data accuracy.
