A key priority for the group is the active integration of AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and processes embedding intelligent automation, copilots, and AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual effort, improve decision-making speed, and unlock new levels of productivity across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own a multi-year application roadmap for Legal, Compliance, Facilities, and Physical Security domains, aligned to corporate strategy and risk priorities.
  • Conduct portfolio assessments, identify capability gaps, and prioritize investments based on business impact, cost, and risk.
  • Develop and manage a demand management process in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of matter management, contract lifecycle management (CLM), e-billing, and regulatory compliance platforms.
  • Ensure applications meet audit, data retention, eDiscovery, and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Partner with Legal Operations and the General Counsel’s office to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes.
  • Oversee business applications supporting real estate portfolio management, space planning, workplace experience, lease administration, and facilities maintenance.
  • Drive integrations between facilities systems (IWMS/CAFM) and corporate HR, finance, procurement and other enterprise platforms.
  • Support capital project tracking and facility lifecycle management capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams (engineers, architects, vendors, business analysts) through the full SDLC, from requirements through production support.
  • Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational health metrics for supported applications; drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and license compliance for the application portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships with functional leaders across Legal, Compliance, and Facilities/Workplace.
  • Facilitate steering committees, executive briefings, and governance reviews.
  • Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the CLO and CSO organizations to ensure alignment on shared compliance and operational requirements.
  • Act as a change agent, driving adoption and capability maturity across the supported functions.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in business application ownership or enterprise application leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering solutions in two or more of the following domains: Legal/CLM, Compliance, Facilities/IWMS, or Physical Security.
  • Strong program management skills; experience leading complex, multi-workstream implementations.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technology strategies.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and technology contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2) and regulatory environments (SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
  • Candidates are not permitted to use AI tools (such as transcription apps, real-time answer generators like ChatGPT or Copilot, or automated note-taking bots) during interviews.
