About the Role

As Territory Sales Manager for Japan, you will own Stark’s commercial growth across the territory. You will build and develop the dealer network, deliver the territory budget, and increase ridership of the Stark VARG. You will be based in the territory and collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, and aftersales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with dealers and strategic customers to build a strong network across Japan.
  • Take responsibility for delivering territory budget, strategy, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Collaborate with Stark Future’s global team to create innovative sales and marketing tools for the dealer network.
  • Inspire people to ride the Stark VARG.
  • Attend and lead important demos, racing events, and expos in your area.
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy for the territory.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets within given timeframes.
  • Motivate and educate partners regarding Stark Future’s products.
  • Help dealers achieve 100% compliance with Stark Future dealership standards.
  • Analyze market potentials, track, and optimize sales in your region.
  • Respond promptly to emails and calls to support partners.
  • Align and cooperate with relevant departments within Stark Future’s organization.
  • Challenge existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a safety-first mentality in all business operations.

Requirements

  • Ability to share and transmit ambition and philosophy.

  • Positive attitude and aptitude for teamwork.
  • Work experience in the industry.
  • English and Japanese speaking, with profound knowledge of the Japanese market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage approved budgets according to agreed goals.
  • Must be based in the assigned territory.
