About the Role

The Head of Content will define and lead My Code's content strategy across brands, platforms, audiences, and publisher networks, while shaping Cultural Content, one of our four core advertiser solutions. This critical leadership role will establish the content strategy, operating standards, and performance expectations across the portfolio, ensuring each brand has a distinctive audience proposition, clear programming lanes, signature franchises, and a platform-native approach to growth. This leader will help shape the next chapter of My Code's content strategy across My Code Hispanic and My Code Black. The Head of Content will build and lead a unified content operating model that connects editorial, social, video, audio, audience intelligence, and talent into a coordinated engine for audience growth, engagement, IP development, and commercial opportunity. This role requires someone who can translate creative vision into operational strategy. They will work across teams and brands to focus resources on the content and franchises with the greatest potential to build distinctive audiences, deepen community connection, and create lasting value. In partnership with Sales, Client Solutions, and Studio, the Head of Content will also turn My Code content, franchises, and IP into scalable sponsorship, branded content, and integrated commercial opportunities. This role leads My Code's content organization across digital, social, audio, and print, with direct responsibility for editorial leadership across My Code Hispanic and My Code Black owned-and-operated properties, as well as Audience & Content Optimization. This leader joins at a pivotal moment as My Code evolves toward a more focused, audience-led operating model and strengthens how content is produced, resourced, distributed, and measured. This is a build-and-stabilize mandate as much as a strategy role.
