About the Role
Geometrics Engineering is seeking experienced BIM Coordinators, specialized in large-scale aviation infrastructure, to oversee the digital lifecycle of complex airport projects. This role bridges design and field execution by leading clash detection meetings, enforcing data standards, and ensuring seamless digital handovers aligned with airport authority facility management systems.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and coordinate complex 3D models containing specialized airport elements.
- Run comprehensive conflict-detection audits for airside and landside elements.
- Manage asset data using COBie standards.
- Perform 4D logistics and sequencing.
- Review and enforce project compliance with specific Airport Authority BIM Standards.
- Perform laser scan validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years of aviation experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.
- Must be able to obtain a SIDA-cleared badge at AUS.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Security and MVD background check(s) are required.
