About the Role
This role involves providing user support and technical assistance for software, network, and system issues, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Exchange Online, and network infrastructure. You will also be involved in troubleshooting, maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, conducting user training, acting as a liaison between departments and external providers, and documenting IT processes.
Responsibilities
- User support and first/second-level support for software, network, and system problems (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Exchange Online, network and system infrastructure)
- Error analysis and resolution for hardware and software problems during operation
- Support and maintenance of network and system infrastructure (e.g., Unifi, Cisco, HPE, Linux, Windows, and open-source technologies)
- Support for the introduction and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Conducting user training on various software products
- Acting as a point of contact and interface between departments and external service providers
- Documentation of IT processes, systems, and solutions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft cloud environments (Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Exchange Online) and network/system support
- Practical know-how in application and user support
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as analytical thinking for problem-solving
