About the Role
The premium audit examiner is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of audit statements and delivering a high level of customer service to business partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Review audits produced by staff and vendor auditors.
- Check and review policy vs. audit and prior year audits to proactively anticipate issues.
- Communicate clearly and concisely to business partners, agents, and customers through email and phone.
- Analyze and respond to audit questions and disputes within authority level.
- Create audit statements in automated systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge and/or the ability to research and interpret state and company manual rules for multiple lines of business.
