About the Role
Join GHD as a Graduate Stormwater Engineer to support the delivery of engineering consulting services for major transportation infrastructure projects across Ontario. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start their professional journey and contribute to impactful water management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage client and customer relationships using relevant sales or client systems.
- Participate in a community of practice to build expertise in a defined area.
- Coordinate subcontractor and supplier activities within an established contract management plan.
- Conduct engineering inspections under supervision to evaluate work quality and integrity.
- Contribute to the development and feasibility testing of engineering solutions.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies to mitigate risks.
- Identify and address shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures.
- Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching, and staying updated on industry best practices.
- Perform product development and engineering activities, analyzing customer needs.
- Support project management activities.
- Assist in drafting standardized tenders and proposals in response to bid solicitations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.
