About the Role

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner, including cleanup.
- Performs property repairs, including painting, basic carpentry, wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
- Cleans apartments during the turnover process as directed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Minimum of one (1) year in skilled maintenance work.
- Technical training in one or more building trades preferred.
Skills
- Ability to take direction from a supervisor.
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to change work plans.
- Ability to maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance.

- $25.00 - $25.75 per hour
