About the Role
Join the Bath Depot team as a Part-time 3rd Key at our London location. We are seeking a community-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by sales targets and exceptional customer service, to be a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales targets.
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
- Provide support with internal training.
- Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service.
- Contribute to effective product presentation and merchandising.
- Work closely with management.
- Actively participate in store operations.
- Coach and support the store team.
- Maintain high customer service standards and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
- Encourage the team to achieve its sales goals.
- Achieve sales targets, including Sales Per Hour (SPH) and Dollars Per Transaction (DPT).
- Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies as needed.
- Build strong relationships with both team members and customers.
- Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Ensure consistent and thorough customer follow-up.
- Handle store opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure product presentation meets company standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory according to established processes.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or team leadership.
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Strong judgment and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently working toward one).
