About the Role
Bath Depot is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for their London store. This role involves reinventing the home renovation shopping experience by achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Build trust and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the store’s daily operations
- Deepen product knowledge and share it with customers
- Play a key role in the success of the team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.)
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team
- Adhere to and promote health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Highlight and optimize in-store promotions
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset
- Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one
