About the Role
This role involves researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs, as well as testing and evaluating new programs. You will collaborate closely with other developers, UX designers, and business and systems analysts.
Responsibilities
- Designs, codes, and modifies complex computer programs, subroutines, triggers, stored procedures, objects, classes, and scripts using Angular, C#, ASP.net, and Oracle Database.
- Performs necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, and debugging detected errors.
- Uses current software development methods/techniques and established development standards to ensure application quality and maintainability.
- Participates in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in computer programming, analysis, and development of complex business processes and system solutions.
- 7 years of experience in coding, testing, and debugging programs requiring support for issue resolution, performance, or enhancement.
- 7 years of experience in processing information logically, designing programs and systems logic, and preparing program specifications.
- 7 years of experience with highly developed oral and written communication skills.
- 7 years of experience with a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output.
- 7 years of experience with knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions, and market experience.
- 7 years of experience with knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information, applications, and organizational structure.
- 7 years of experience with knowledge of emerging technologies.
- 7 years of experience with knowledge of tools, techniques, and good practices for protecting the integrity of corporate data and associated processing.
- 7 years of experience with knowledge of solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology.
- 2 years of familiarity with Agency's information architecture and information management methodologies.
- 2 years of familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
