About the Role

C&W Services, a division of Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to manage asset management, work planning, and spare part inventory using Infor EAM software.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and publish facility's PI metrics to the management team, interpret data, troubleshoot processes, and make recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain equipment metadata accuracy in EAM, including manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information.
  • Develop and maintain Work Order related data, including adding equipment to PM Plans, defining schedules, and setting initial meter points.
  • Develop and maintain facility-specific PM Plans, Schedules, Routes, and Work Packages.
  • Support management in reviewing Work Order data accuracy, including equipment, booked hours, parts usage, and closing codes.
  • Support management in scheduling and assigning work, managing work orders from creation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain spare parts metadata accuracy, including supplier, catalog number, quantities, and pricing.
  • Drive materials management processes in the facility store, including requisitions, POs, and cycle counts.
  • Work with the facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts quality.
  • Collaborate with corporate EAM Business Analysts on new functionality, coding schemes, PM procedures, and reports.
  • Provide software training to end-users and new EAM Administrators, serving as a liaison for problem-solving.
  • Coach and educate staff on CMMS functions and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-year Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility with hours and days, as operations run 7 days a week.
  • 1-3+ years of related experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience communicating with peers, hourly associates, and senior management regarding maintenance, inventory, and cost control.
  • 4+ years of working experience with enterprise asset management software suites.
  • 2+ years of data analysis experience in facilities maintenance programs, specifically in asset management and spare part optimization.
  • Must be self-driven, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
