About the Role

Responsible for growing a pre-assigned book of business, prospecting for new accounts, presenting solutions, closing business, and managing accounts to ensure continued revenue growth. This role involves approximately 50% to 60% travel and is fully remote when not traveling.

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and establish, manage, and maintain relationships with named IDNs.
  • Communicate information regarding accounts to applicable internal and external parties.
  • Conduct sales to assigned accounts through telephone calls and on-site meetings.
  • Manage established accounts for ongoing maintenance.
  • Recommend target use cases based on earning potential and resource estimation.
  • Hold annual business reviews with clients to gauge satisfaction and align with future goals.
  • Manage support and maintenance renewals to ensure timely POs.
  • Establish and maintain key corporate-level relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Attend trade shows and network with potential national accounts.
  • Ensure quality in the company's response to needs and expectations regarding order processing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with departments concerning government accounts and facilitate order processing.
  • Partner with Client Executives and RBDs to create and uncover opportunities in named accounts.
  • Work with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) to plan and manage deployments and ensure proper support.
  • Keep pertinent individuals informed of account issues or important matters.
  • Develop action plans to obtain contracts and sales from targeted accounts.
  • Update and analyze information on current accounts, understanding client solutions.
  • Track and develop meaningful information on current accounts through strategic growth plans.
  • Assist in mentoring Client Executives and Account Managers to enhance sales skills.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to promote growth within the territory.
  • Engage in problem-solving and make appropriate decisions and recommendations.
  • Travel as necessary to meet company goals through trade shows, client sites, and national account visits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5-7 years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • 2 plus years of experience managing corporate sales accounts.
  • Sales experience in healthcare.
  • Successful track record managing a growing account portfolio and sales territory.
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks with vision, detail, commitment, priority, and urgency.
  • Demonstrated leadership, selling, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Above-average oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present products and information to key high-level individuals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Physically capable of setting up and tearing down trade show booths and demo kits, potentially requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid Driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to travel 50%-60% of the time.
