About the Role
We are seeking our first Product Designer to elevate design across the company. Axle is developing cutting-edge energy products for consumers and advanced tooling for enthusiasts, tackling complex problems with a focus on customer experience. You will be a key design voice in interdisciplinary teams, understanding users, guiding strategy, and ensuring the customer's perspective is central. Your role will involve improving overall design quality through direct delivery and coaching, and shaping Axle's external representation.
Responsibilities
- Understand user problems and design effective solutions.
- Build systems for strategic and scalable solutions to enable faster shipping of beautiful software.
- Deepen the culture of user research and analyze user experiences with Axle's products (B2C and B2B2C).
- Lead visual identity and develop new methods for communicating Axle's story through web, animation, and video.
- Collaborate with global clients to enhance their user experiences.
