About the Role
Engram is building a new kind of model that learns and understands workspaces. This role will own the product experience, acting as the voice of customers and end-users.
Responsibilities
- Own a product surface end-to-end, including backend systems, APIs, user experience, deployment, observability, evaluations, and feedback loops.
- Interface with customers to design models with memory in their products.
- Develop evaluations and build telemetry to improve the product experience and underlying models.
- Prototype agentic products and interfaces on top of new models.
- Experiment with shared team-wide agents that know their context.
- Build internal products to dogfood the technology.
- Train models to demo product form factors end-to-end.
- Work closely with model researchers.
- Help define the product engineering culture, including standards for quality, ambition, and taste.
Requirements

- Technically rigorous: deep understanding of technical details, solid foundations for building reliable, high-quality experiences, and ability to communicate with researchers and technical experts outside of your domain.
