About the Role

HUB International's U.S. award-winning Internship Program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in the fast-growing insurance brokerage industry. Interns will gain exposure to various career opportunities, learn from industry experts, and contribute to real business priorities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand unique regional client and community needs.
Gain experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, and data management.
Assist in claims processing.
Support analysis of U.S. insurance markets and regional trends.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

College students with a Fall 2027 or Spring 2028 graduation.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
A collaborative team player with a desire to help others.
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work.
