About the Role
Envoy Air is seeking individuals to join their team committed to providing outstanding service. This role offers opportunities for career development within a stable, secure, and fast-growing airline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cabin appearance cleaning operations, including agent observations, scheduling, and manpower utilization.
- Administer local training programs, maintain supplies and inventory control logs, and assist management with administrative duties.
- Perform cabin appearance agent work, including cleaning and servicing aircraft interiors using specified materials and equipment.
- Clean seatback pockets, seat cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cabin cockpit, galley, and lavatories.
- Stock onboard aircraft supplies such as toilet paper, sanitary products, drinking cups, napkins, and condiments.
- Remove and dispose of trash from work areas and keep ramp and supply areas clean.
- Provide guide man functions and connect/remove ground power start units as needed.
- Utilize a specified checklist to ensure all work is completed within time constraints.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding lost or damaged items found on aircraft or in the work area.
- Organize workgroups and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
- Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license, or maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs.
- Ability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays; shifts may vary.
- Flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift on short notice.
- Ability to report to work on a regular and timely basis.
- Attention to detail for thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors.
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a team lead capacity preferred.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment.
- Administrative experience preferred.
- Above average attendance preferred.
