About the Role

The Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) organization at Adobe empowers customers to purchase integrated solutions by understanding their business needs, defining technical requirements, and demonstrating Adobe technology. The Sales Velocity team within TPS accelerates sales cycles and strengthens solution impact by building scalable tools, curating asset libraries, and developing bespoke customer services. This internship supports the Sales Velocity Team, focusing on internal-facing projects to enhance pre-sales tools and customer demonstrations.

Responsibilities

Support projects to understand Adobe Experience, Document, and Creative Clouds, the Sales Velocity organization, enterprise B2B sales lifecycle, and the pre-sales world.
Complete multiple projects that create value for the organization and Adobe.
Connect addressable industry business problems with Adobe’s solution offerings and internal demonstration tools to showcase customer value.
Shape demo strategy and translate it into new tools and assets for pre-sales teams.
Collaborate with cross-organizational partners to develop tools supporting their day-to-day needs.
Manage projects assessing the effectiveness of existing toolsets to support internal teams in progressing customer deals.
Learn the pre-sales software business through classroom-style enablement and hands-on project experience.

Requirements

Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September 2027.
Demonstrated interest in product management, business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics, or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience.
Skillset in developing interactive experiences, videos, apps, and/or websites for professional audiences.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Strong project management skillset.
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Passion for new knowledge, curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to absorb concepts quickly and dive deeper into unknown concepts.
Enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends.
Bring a positive, can-do attitude to work.
