About the Role

Shape outcomes at the intersection of business analysis, service design, and digital product experience. This requires craft, confidence, and the ability to guide both teams and clients through complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Designers move fluidly across the entire process—from hands-on research and insight gathering, to framing experience strategies, leading client workshops, crafting UX/UI systems, and embedding AI-driven thinking into product and service ecosystems.
  • Shape the future of mobility, exploring how people, vehicles, and services connect in new ecosystems.
  • Reimagine neurosurgical planning through 3D, VR, AR, and AI-powered tools that support both pre-operative planning and live surgical procedures.
  • Architect end-to-end telecom service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Build intelligent digital agents to combat misinformation in global health.
  • Visualize and model strategies for billion-dollar venture portfolios, with AI-augmented insights.
  • Design multi-channel healthcare journeys for patients, providers, and caregivers—personalized through AI orchestration and automation.
  • Shape carbon-positive experiences through climate and sustainability platforms.
  • Explore the frontier of AI-powered experiences—from automation to augmentation and beyond.
  • Planning and conducting user, customer, and stakeholder interviews; running validation sessions and usability testing.
  • Performing heuristic evaluations and expert reviews.
  • Analyzing and synthesizing user research findings.
  • Creating and communicating mental models, personas, flows, journeys, and other information architecture deliverables.
  • Storytelling and narrative development to communicate design concepts, inspire stakeholders, and build conviction.
  • Experimenting with motion design, 3D, AI, or emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in interaction and visual design.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; this is a 100% English-speaking role.
  • Skilled in research, synthesis, strategy, and UX/UI delivery; confident facilitating workshops and guiding client conversations.
  • Strong understanding of AI as both design material and system architecture. If you’d rate yourself a 4 or 5 (on a 1–5 scale), we want to talk.
  • Ability to design for the whole: ecosystems, organizations, and interactions that span channels and services.
  • Able to frame trade-offs and connect design decisions to measurable outcomes.
  • Proficient in Figma and modern design tools; capable of building modular, scalable systems and prototypes that bring clarity to complexity.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in distributed teams; eager to learn from peers, share knowledge, and co-create with clients as true partners.
  • Curious, adaptable, empathetic, and a critical thinker who can clearly defend design decisions.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or team activities (less than 20%).
  • Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
