About the Role
As an Analyst in PA's Early Career Program, you will work alongside experienced practitioners to solve complex business challenges and help clients make confident strategic decisions. This program is designed for individuals beginning their professional journey in consulting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support client recommendations.
- Analyze customer, market, financial, and business data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and business cases through evidence-based hypotheses.
- Participate in interviews, workshops, and collaborative problem-solving sessions to create clear, compelling presentations and deliverables for internal and client audiences.
- Contribute curiosity, creativity, and analytical rigor to project teams.
- Build office and company culture through involvement in employee resource groups and firm initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree expected by Fall/Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 or similar recent completion of non-traditional pathways.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required.
- Experience with research, analytics, AI tools, coding, leadership activities, apprenticeships, work experience, or community involvement is a plus.
