About the Role
We are seeking passionate students or recent graduates for a Tourism & Operations Intern role at our London Depot. This position offers hands-on experience in the RV and campervan rental industry, focusing on customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-office activities including customer check-ins and check-outs, guest registration, payment processing, and explaining campervan functionalities and terms.
- Upsell road trip extras to enhance customer experiences.
- Handle back-office operations such as aligning reservations with available campervans and preparing campervan kits.
- Perform quality control checks to maintain campervan condition and identify maintenance needs.
- Support the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the campervan fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Requirements
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Possess a work permit (if applicable).
- Hold a valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Enjoy international environments and interacting with diverse cultures.
- Demonstrate a natural talent for connecting with people and strong customer service orientation.
- Exhibit a problem-solving mindset and comfort with hands-on tasks.
