About the Role

This developmental role provides an opportunity to lead a team of sales and service associates, collaborating with senior management to prepare them for branch leadership. Your strategic perspective will differentiate the branch, while you build a strong sales team and develop service associates to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. You will implement national initiatives to foster business growth through customer engagement, local marketing, educational seminars, and client events. Additionally, you will oversee branch operations, ensure compliance, resolve customer concerns, and motivate associates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of successful associates preparing to lead their own branch.
  • Support the Vice President, Branch Leader.
  • Build a strong sales team and develop service associates.
  • Apply national initiatives to increase business growth through customer engagement, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events.
  • Coordinate branch operations, ensuring compliance and resolving customer concerns.
  • Develop and motivate associates to achieve individual and team success.
  • Learn all aspects of branch management, including supporting hiring, leading a compliant and thriving office, growing the market, and mentoring associates.

Requirements

  • At least five years in a financial sales role.
  • Three or more years of management within a financial services environment is preferred.
  • Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required.
  • Must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire.
  • Background in relationship management and a deep understanding of financial services.
  • Impressive time-management skills and ability to complete multiple priorities.
  • Natural ability to influence and develop the sales skills of others.
  • Validated grasp of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, empowering business integrity and a strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
