About the Role

The Smile Lodge Ortho team is seeking an Orthodontic Insurance Coordinator to join our team of dental professionals. We are a practice built on collaboration, excellence, and the delivery of an exceptional experience for every patient and family we serve. This role may also include additional front desk duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Coordinate orthodontic insurance.
Perform additional front desk duties as needed.

Requirements

Prior orthodontic experience is highly preferred.
Prior insurance knowledge and experience with claim submissions (both Medicaid and Commercial) is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Genuine commitment to patient care.

Full-time
Monday through Thursday

Salary/Compensations

$23-27 an hour, based on experience
