About the Role
As an Intern, you’ll play a vital role in the success of Enterprise Mobility and receive a comprehensive introduction to our Graduate Management Training Programme. You'll gain valuable, real world business experience that can set you apart when you enter the job market. From day one, we’ll invest in you. Based in one of our retail branches you’ll take on real responsibilities and gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and more - all within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Connect with local business partners, grow your network, and develop lasting relationships in sales and marketing.
- Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
- Manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance in operations and logistics.
- Take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow.
Requirements
- Must possess a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
