About the Role
Deloitte Talent Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Financial Crime Change VP to support a Group-wide Financial Crime transformation programme. This programme aims to uplift, simplify, and streamline Financial Crime risk decision-making activities, ensuring clear ownership of risk within the First Line while strengthening independent oversight and governance in the Second Line of Defence. The role will support the transition from design into implementation across multiple workstreams, including governance, operating model, escalation standards, and decisioning frameworks. This is a critical mobilisation phase requiring strong coordination, delivery focus, and the ability to work effectively across a complex stakeholder environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the mobilisation and implementation of Financial Crime transformation workstreams.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of governance, operating model, and escalation frameworks.
- Assist with the coordination of cross-functional delivery activities across design, implementation, and assurance.
- Help maintain clear ownership, accountability, and decision-making standards across the programme.
- Support the preparation of materials for governance forums, stakeholder updates, and implementation tracking.
- Work collaboratively with client and Deloitte stakeholders to help accelerate delivery against agreed milestones.
Requirements
- Experience supporting transformation or implementation programmes in a regulated environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting governance, operating model, or control-related activities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a delivery-focused approach.
- Professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to support implementation activity with minimal supervision.

About the Company
- Deloitte Talent Solutions are seeking a highly experienced Financial Crime Change VP.
- The successful candidate will join Deloitte as an Associate on a client secondment to support a Group-wide Financial Crime transformation programme.
- This programme is entering a critical phase, with strong design progress already in place but a clear need to move efficiently into implementation.
- The role will help address current capacity and capability constraints, supporting delivery in line with regulatory and Board expectations.
- Without targeted support, there is a risk of delayed milestone delivery, inconsistent Financial Crime decision-making and governance, and increased regulatory and control exposure.
- This role will therefore play an important part in helping the programme achieve its intended outcomes.
