Responsibilities
- Support the integration of sustainability across reservoir development stages.
- Contribute to carbon measurement and reduction initiatives.
- Identify innovative low-carbon solutions.
- Support biodiversity and environmental enhancement projects.
- Work on initiatives that maximize social value and create positive outcomes for local communities.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of major workstreams.
- Gain hands-on experience in programme controls, risk management, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, governance, and project reporting.
- Support initiatives that develop programme maturity, improve ways of working, strengthen governance, enable innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
- Gain experience in change management, business improvement, digital transformation, organisational development, and programme performance.
- Contribute to business planning, strategic analysis, governance, stakeholder engagement, and investment decision-making.
- Assess opportunities, risks, and future challenges.
- Support the development of strategies that balance customer needs, environmental responsibilities, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline.
- Must have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
