The Publishing Graduate Program is a rotation-based journey through 2K's business, offering hands-on experience across the entire publishing organization. It aims to develop analytical, technical, and commercial skill sets, preparing graduates for permanent roles within the company.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a rotation-based journey through 2K's business.
- Gain hands-on experience across the whole publishing organization.
- Develop analytical, technical, and commercial skill sets.
- Take on a maximum of six three-month rotations across publishing teams.
- Explore rotations in detail on the graduate program page.
Requirements
- Graduated within two years of the program start date (July 2027).
- Demonstrate curiosity, ownership of work, and critical thinking.
- Ability to take feedback well.
- Analytical thinking, quantitative skills, and ability to learn quickly.
