About the Role
3HORIZONS is reshaping strategy into a force for impact, helping leadership teams close the gap between ambition and execution faster and more effectively. Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of employees (up to 3 people on a project) who conduct structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights that inform client recommendations.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
- Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings.
- Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support by structuring analyses.
- Actively contribute own ideas to the development of the company, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods, and consulting approaches.
Requirements
- +3 years of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed organisation.
- Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in previous roles.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and application of Lean Testing, MVPs, disciplined experimentation, etc.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment.
- Customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams.
- Initiative-taker, willing to explore new paths and create opportunities for others.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
- Availability for international travel.
