About the Role
The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking a Casual F&B Assistant to maximize guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards within the Order Taker’s Station area.
Responsibilities
- Maximise guest satisfaction by ensuring that the quality of service is maintained at the standards required within the Order Taker’s Station area
- Be responsible for taking food orders correctly and completely whilst being as informative as possible to the guest
- Be responsible for taking orders for beverages and ensuring that they are served correctly
- Ensure station area is kept in a clean hygienic, tidy, neat state at all times and that mise-en-place is prepared as per standards of the F&B Department
- Prepare clients bills and receive payment as per standards of the department
Requirements
- Taking food orders correctly and completely
- Being as informative as possible to the guest
- Taking orders for beverages and ensuring that they are served correctly
- Ensuring station area is kept in a clean hygienic, tidy, neat state at all times
- Preparing mise-en-place as per standards of the F&B Department
- Preparing clients bills
- Receiving payment as per standards of the department
