About the Role
This role serves as the operational backbone of HOLY's retail business, acting as the day-to-day link between retail customers and internal operations. You will own order management and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end order management for retail partners, from intake to confirmation.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for retail customers, handling inquiries, orders, and requests via phone and email.
- Support cross-functional coordination with Key Account Management, Logistics, and Finance for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain clean and up-to-date master data in GS1, ensuring accurate product and article details.
- Assist with invoicing and reconciliation in coordination with Finance, resolving open items with customers.
- Identify recurring issues in the order process and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- Based in Berlin and open to frequent office attendance.
- Some experience in order management, inside sales, customer service, supply chain, or commercial support.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Clear, friendly communicator comfortable with phone interactions.
- Team player with a passion for cross-team coordination.
- Comfortable with CRM/ERP, OMS systems, and Excel.
- Hands-on, reliable, and takes ownership of tasks.
- Obsessed with accuracy and follow-through.
