About the Role
This role is designed for individuals with no prior insurance experience, offering a structured training program to learn about life insurance products, client interactions, and objection handling. The role involves working with warm leads who have already expressed interest in life insurance, utilizing phone and Zoom for client consultations. Compensation is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of life insurance products.
- Conduct genuine client conversations.
- Handle client objections and questions.
- Participate in supervised live calls with a mentor.
- Manage a full independent workload.
- Work warm leads via phone and Zoom.
- Match clients to appropriate coverage using access to 60+ carrier partners.
Requirements
- U.S.-based residency.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Possess a Life & Health insurance license, or demonstrate openness to obtaining one through the program.
