Responsibilities
- Log into the system and pull up a queue of leads.
- Call or Zoom with leads to understand their situation (family size, budget, existing coverage).
- Help clients choose a life insurance policy that meets their needs.
- Sharpen product knowledge through the training portal.
- Communicate with a mentor for assistance with client conversations.
Requirements
- Must live in the U.S. (Buffalo area a plus, but not required for this remote role).
- U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Possess a Life & Health insurance license, or be willing to obtain one.
Skills
- Ability to talk to strangers.
- Ability to follow a system.

- Comfortable talking to people on the phone daily.
