About the Role
This internship offers a unique opportunity to be treated as a full team member, working directly with customers, owning problems, and shipping solutions that help large insurers scale operations. You will work across customers, Product, and Engineering to take a problem from discovery through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to understand their operations and expand Pace into new use cases
- Build AI-powered workflows that solve customers’ most important operational problems
- Ship features, integrations, and evaluations in our codebase to unblock deployments
- Investigate agent behavior and improve the quality and reliability of customer workflows
- Turn patterns across customer deployments into reusable product capabilities
Requirements
- Have built something from scratch through a class, research project, internship, startup, open-source contribution, or personal project
- Have a strong software engineering foundation and experience programming in at least one language
- Enjoy working through ambiguous technical and operational problems
- Communicate clearly and are excited to work directly with customers
- Take ownership, move quickly, and seek feedback
- Care about whether what you build creates a successful outcome for the customer, not just whether the code works
- Are excited to work at the intersection of AI, product, engineering, and customer operations
