About the Role
Join our Commercial Operations Leadership Graduate Programme and be at the heart of the services that keep water flowing and our business running. With a plan worth over £11 billion of investment, we're building for better — for you, for the communities we serve, for our environment. As part of this we are looking for you to join Anglian Water's Graduate Programme and tackle some of the biggest environmental and infrastructure challenges facing the region. From climate resilience and major engineering projects to digital innovation and customer experience, you'll develop the skills, experience and support needed to become one of our future leaders or specialists.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of capital investment projects, including project management activities and urgent infrastructure schemes.
- Working with asset maintenance teams to ensure our facilities and operational assets remain safe, reliable and effective.
- Contributing to facilities and estates projects, helping manage workplaces, accommodation and maintenance services across the region.
- Supporting fleet operations, ensuring vehicles, plant and equipment are available, compliant and ready to support frontline teams.
- Working alongside logistics teams responsible for warehousing, materials management, emergency response activities and regional distribution services.
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to deliver services that support operational performance and business objectives.
Requirements
- Must have obtained in the last 3 years or be studying towards a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline.
- Must have graduated by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
- Flexibility is essential as placements and final role may vary across the region and departments.
